 International Coastal Clean up initiative

Indian Coast Guard and Coca-Cola joined hands with Ocean Conservancy today at four beaches in Chennai to help improve the health of Bay of Bengal by gathering over 2000 volunteers and undertaking a massive cleanup. Ms.M.K.Kanimozhi, Rajya Sabha MP launched the 24th annual International Coastal Cleanup at Marina Beach and asked the people to combat the marine debris problem and promote litter prevention. Thiru  M.Subramanian, Chennai Mayor and  Mr. Rajan Gupta, Area Operations Director, Tamil Nadu, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Limited were present on the occasion.
