Chennai : Executive Chef Suresh Thampy of Courtyard by Marriott invites you to unleash into his sea food market and discover a platter of fishes, shrimps, lobsters, crabs… he has to offer unlimitedly at “The Big Catch” – sea food festival starting from September 18th onwards. This festival has been conceptualized keeping in mind the popularity and appeal of seafood amongst the food enthusiasts in the city.

You can pick and choose your preferred seafood from the platter and have the Chef gastronomically delight your taste buds either in an exotic style or authentically flavored with Indian gravy.

The Seafood Bazaar will showcase a boat with the fresh catch of the day. Chef’s infact go out to the market everyday at sunrise to pick up the finest catch. Chef’s will give a list of recommendations, tips and a must try dishes during the festival. The ladies / cookery experts could also get away with some enticing recipes from the Chef on any of your favorite seafood delicacies. The festival is on till Oct 4th.
