 Sachin Tendulkar to play final Test match in Mumbai

Mumbai, Oct 15 : Batting legend Sachin Tendulkar will play his final and the 200th Test match in Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium against West Indies next month.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), releasing the West Indies tour of India next month today, said the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata will host the first Test match of the two-match Test series against West Indies. The first Test match will be held from November 6-10. The second Test match is scheduled to be played at Wankhede Stadium from November 14-18. Sachin on Thursday said he will retire after playing his 200th Test at home.

Sachin has played 198 Test matches and scored 15837 runs with 51 Centuries and 67 fifties. He scored 18426 runs in 463 One Day Internationals. Meanwhile, the BCCI's Tour Programme and Fixtures Committee, which met in Mumbai earlier this morning finalised the venues for West Indies' tour of India in October-November 2013.

28 Oct - The West Indies cricket team arrives in India
31 Oct - 2 Nov - Three-day game - West Indies v UPCA at Cuttack
6 Nov - 10 Nov - FIRST TEST - KOLKATA
14 Nov - 18 Nov - SECOND TEST - MUMBAI
21 Nov - FIRST ODI - KOCHI
24 Nov - SECOND ODI - VISHAKHAPATNAM
27 Nov - THIRD ODI - BARODA / KANPUR
