Bangalore, Nov 28 : Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours today. North-East Monsoon was weak over the State.

Dry weather prevailed over the State. Minimum temperatures fell at many places over Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka. They were below normal at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka & North Interior Karnataka.

Chamarajanagar has recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 13.8 degree Celsius in the plainsof the State. Forecast valid until Friday morning: Mainly dry weather would prevail over the State. Farmers Weather Bulletin: Mainly dry weather would prevail over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Forecast for Bengaluru city: Mainly clear sky. Fog/mist would occur in some areas during morning hours. Minimum temperature would be around 15 degree Celsius.
