Actually they are not fishermen. They are mischief mongers out to provoke sri lanka to retrieve katchatheevu. Sri Lanka should be strict with these wrong doers and be brutal to them. Lankan Navy should open fire.

I do not understand the aggressiveness of Sri Lankan Navy. Where is the Indian Navy to protect its citizens? It is really shame that Indian government is not there to protect its own citizens. No wonder we (Indians) don't get any respect anywhere in the world. All these "backbone less" politicians should be voted out. May God save India.

It appears that Sri Lanka knew that Tamil Nadu politicians are really political jokers, despite several assaults and arrests of Indian fishermen.
