Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, Dec 21 : The body of a 13-year-old girl, who was allegedly raped and murdered, was found in bush near a railway level crossing at Syedunganallur, about 30 km from here, this morning Police said the Class VII student of a private school near Nazareth in this district, hailed from Thathankulam.

She used to go to school by local train from Thathankulam. The girl was reported missing yesterday after she did not return home. Police said investigations were on to nab the culprits.
